Kanae, a star announcer at KC TV, is assigned to interview her junior colleague Yoshimi for a program project. Yoshimi's boyfriend Mitsuhiko is a big fan of Kanae, and upon hearing this, he is overjoyed. Meanwhile, Kanae is approached by producer Maeda about hosting a morning news program, but is asked to give her body in exchange, which leaves her feeling alone and troubled.
